Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high hygiene standards
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow health and safety regulations diligently during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and completed tasks
- Support team members with additional cleaning duties during busy periods or special events
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures and equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to complete tasks promptly
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and lift supplies as needed
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in maintaining a safe environment
