Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications
- Utilize ERP systems to create purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels

- Monitor logistics and transportation arrangements to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, supplier performance, and contract details

- Conduct regular supplier evaluations and develop new vendor relationships to optimize supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Fresh Produce experience essential
- Proven experience working with ERP systems in a purchasing or supply chain role
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation management, and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with merchandising principles and inventory management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to analyze data within ERP platforms for decision-making purposes
