Rutledge Recruitment is currently seeking Experienced Domestic Cleaners for agency shift bookings within care-sector environments in the Ballymena area.
This role is ideal for reliable and experienced cleaners who are confident working to high hygiene standards and are happy to take on flexible agency shifts within a professional care environment.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible agency shifts
- Weekdays and weekends available
- Ongoing shift availability depending on client requirements
Pay Rate:
£12.71 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms and communal areas
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control
- Carry out vacuuming, mopping, dusting and surface sanitising
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Follow site cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines
- Report any maintenance, cleaning or hygiene issues to site staff
- Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working within a care environment
Requirements / Desirable Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year's previous domestic cleaning experience is essential
- Previous experience working within a care or healthcare environment is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and high hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Ability to work independently and follow site procedures
- Good level of spoken English
- Flexible approach to working weekdays and weekends
- Must be comfortable working within a care-sector environment
