Synthetic Sports Surface Maintenance Technician
Location: Guisborough (with nationwide travel)

Key Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (Essential).
- Travel ready: Willing to travel nationwide with flexible working hours.
- Hands-on & Outdoors: Comfortable operating machinery and working outside in all weather conditions.
- Bonus skills (not essential): Grounds maintenance experience, PA1/PA6 spraying, trailer towing, or Enhanced DBS.
The Role
Join CLS Sports to maintain and repair artificial sports surfaces (3G pitches, sand-dressed hockey pitches, MUGAs) at schools, clubs, and universities across the UK, ensuring they are safe and high-performing.
Key Duties
- Operate Machinery: Perform power brushing, decompaction, and drag matting using specialist equipment.
- Inspect & Report: Check surface conditions, seams, and equipment; complete digital site reports.
- Maintain & Repair: Execute basic surface repairs and weed/moss control.
- Logistics & Client Care: Safely transport machinery and provide professional, on-site customer service.
