Job Description:
Il Botanico Ltd, with two established locations in Oxford and 1 in London, is looking for 1 Supervisor for our Italian patisserie in Oxford. We are seeking an experienced barista/supervisor with strong operational and management skills in the coffee shop sector to lead our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational management of the café, including preparation of coffee ,beverages and patisseries.
- Order control and inventory management.
- Supervising staff to ensure high service standards.
- Monitoring daily operations to ensure efficiency.
- Customer service management, including food and beverage service.
- Ongoing training of the team and maintenance of hygiene standards.
- Direct reporting to the General Manager on quality and control matters.
Requirements:
- Experience as a supervisor/barista in cafés (minimum 2 years).
- Skills in team management and food service.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
