Working as part of a busy 3*** hotel kitchen, the ideal candidate will have experience to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
A current Food Hygiene level 2 certificate would be an advantage.
40 hours over 5 days on a 7 day rota.
Previous experience in this role or similar is required and the successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of the team.
