About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and professional Mobile Response Officer to join our security team. This role involves responding to alarm activations, conducting mobile patrols, and attending client sites to carry out lock and unlock duties.
You will play a key role in protecting client premises, ensuring a visible security presence, and responding promptly to incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to alarm activations across multiple client sites
- Carry out mobile patrols to deter and detect suspicious activity
- Locking and unlocking of premises in line with client instructions
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or breaches
- Provide a rapid and professional response to incidents
- Complete accurate incident reports and logs
- Liaise with emergency services where required
Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence (Essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
- Strong communication and observational skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexible approach to working hours, including nights and weekends
- Previous security experience preferred but not essential
