Responsibilities (Warehouse):
- Pick, pack and label orders for shipment
- Load orders onto collection vehicles
- Assist with inventory management and restocking the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pump trucks
- Assist with unloading container deliveries
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
Cover for sales as and when required including:
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Process orders accurately using admin system
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
- Assist with product photos, including some working at height
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent organisational skillS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Basic math skills, including retail math
Schedule:
- 40 hours a week
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
- No weekends

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various duties such as receiving, picking, packing, labelling, loading, and inventory control. You will also have the opportunity to operate warehouse equipment and contribute to maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
To excel in this position, attention to detail is crucial as you will be responsible for accurately processing and fulfilling customer orders. Additionally, good physical stamina is required as you will be required to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that involve manual labour.
Basic math skills, including retail math, are essential for this role as you will be involved in inventory control and stock counting. You should also possess excellent organisational skills to maintain an efficient workflow within the warehouse, and will also have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service.
