The Pizza Man is a family-run takeaway with shops in Magherafelt and Maghera. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to help run our Magherafelt shop alongside the Manager.
If you have supervisor experience and want to step up, we will train you into the role.
What you would do:
- Run shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Lead the team on the floor during service
- Open and close the shop, handle cash and end-of-night reporting
- Keep food safety, hygiene and stock standards where they should be
- Train new staff and support the Manager day to day
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a takeaway, restaurant, café or fast-paced retail
- Someone who takes pride in the job
- Calm under pressure on a busy shift
- Reliable, and happy to take responsibility for a shift
- Level 2 Food Hygiene is useful but we will fund it if you do not have it
