Drury Precision Engineering Ltd based in Alford, Lincolnshire are looking for someone to provide cover for maternity leave for Admin/Accounts, with the potential of continued employment working within the company.
The Company
We are a market leading company designing, producing and distributing aftermarket motorcycle accessories worldwide. We have a 40 strong workforce with a state-of-the-art production facility based in Alford.
Key duties and responsibilities are including but not limited to:
· Answering Phones and dealing with site visitors
· Credit card processing including receipt and expenses
· Reconciling of accounts and processing transactions
· Petty cash processing
· Creating purchase orders
· Processing invoices
· Dealing with shipping and payment enquiries from customers
· Credit control
· General Bookkeeping and administration duties
· Managing staff absences
· Making and authorising bank payments
Training will be provided as and when necessary.

Experience with systems such as Xero are preferred but not essential.
