CARPENTER REQUIRED — BIRMINGHAM AREA
Position: Carpenter
Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas
Pay: £280 per day
Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Hours may vary depending on the project.
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team working on kitchen and bathroom projects across the Birmingham area.
Main DutiesKitchens
- Fitting kitchen units and cabinets.
- Installing worktops and panels.
- Fitting doors, drawers and handles.
- Carrying out adjustments and finishing work.
- Installing timber framework where required.
- Working from plans and measurements.
Bathrooms
- Fitting bathroom units and furniture.
- Installing boxing and timber framework.
- Fitting doors, frames and architraves.
- Carrying out carpentry alterations around bathroom installations.
- Completing finishing and remedial carpentry work.
General Carpentry
- First and second-fix carpentry.
- Door and frame installation.
- Skirting boards and architraves.
- Studwork and partitioning.
- Accurate measuring, cutting and fitting.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS card required.
- Previous carpentry experience.
- Good knowledge of kitchen and bathroom fitting.
- Able to work accurately and independently.
- Good timekeeping and reliability.
- Own basic carpentry tools.
- Right to work in the UK.
Pay: £280 per day
Monday–Friday | 7:30am–5:30pm
