About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department at Duckworth Land Rover, Norwich
You will ideally hold a minimum of two years motor trade parts experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Actively building rapport with customers face to face and over the telephone
- Ability to understand the customer’s needs and knowledge of available products to ensure all required parts and additional accessories are offered
- Quoting prices and availability of stock merchandise and accessories
- Encouraging sales of parts merchandise and accessories whenever possible
- Assisting other staff to identify required parts
- Supporting the Parts Manager and team to deliver objectives
- Working with the Service and Workshop team to ensure pre-picking activity is carried out to schedule
- Maintaining a professional manner and high standards of personal presentation at all times
About You
- Minimum of at least 2 years Motor Trade / Parts experience
- Experience of using parts systems
- Good knowledge of vehicle parts and systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
