Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

J H Haskins Property is looking for an experienced and motivated Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team working across our historic Grade II listed site and retail centre.
This is a varied and rewarding role involving both large-scale conservation projects and day-to-day remedial maintenance works. The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge of multiple trades and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship in a sensitive heritage environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair works across the estate
- Working on conservation and restoration projects in line with listed building requirements
- Completing works including:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Masonry and general building works
- Reactive and planned maintenance
- Supporting larger refurbishment and restoration projects
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Requirements
- Proven experience across a variety of trades and maintenance disciplines
- Good understanding of traditional building methods and conservation-led works
- Ability to problem solve and work using own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Flexible approach to work and responsibilities
- Full UK driving licence preferred
