Essential skills:
- Must be polite, outgoing and friendly.
- Willing to be in videos and photos for use on social media.

- Computer literate.
- Able to maintain excellent customer service conduct in person and over the phone.
- Driven to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Previous experience in customer facing roles.
Duties include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers.
- Monitoring and interacting with escape games via CCTC
- Instructing Axe Sessions.
- Capturing/creating content for various social media platforms.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Clean and maintain escape rooms, axe lanes, golf course and bar.
- Clean and maintain public and staff areas.
- Serving, maintaining, and replenishing bar stock.
- Driving sales including return custom and upsell.
- Delivering consistently excellent customer experiences.
All training provided, no previous experience required.
