We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BARBER to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, hair styling, and barbering, with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. This role offers an opportunity to lead and mentor junior staff while delivering exceptional service to clients. The Senior BARBER will be responsible for maintaining high standards of professionalism, technical expertise, and client satisfaction within our salon environment.
Duties
- Provide expert hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client needs
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance on techniques and customer interactions
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise salon flow and minimise wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products within the hairdressing industry
- Assist in training programmes for new staff members to uphold service standards
- Promote retail sales by recommending suitable hair care products to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering at a senior level
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on personalised client care
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrable leadership abilities with a proactive approach to team development
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering recognised within the industry
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- A professional demeanour with a passion for delivering high-quality service and staying current with industry trends

Pay: £2,300.00-£2,600.00 per month
