The Bell & Crown in Zeals is a proper village pub with a warm welcome, great food and a team that genuinely cares about getting the details right. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team and help make every guest a regular.
You’ll work closely with Chris, our General Manager, taking a hands-on role across the pub and helping to create brilliant experiences for our guests. From leading a busy service to coaching the team, solving problems and making sure the little things are never missed, you’ll be someone who leads from the front and sets the standard.
What we’re looking for
- Someone who genuinely loves hospitality and enjoys making people feel at home
- A natural leader who can motivate, support and develop a team
- Someone who is organised, calm under pressure and happy to get stuck in
- A great communicator who leads by example
- Someone who notices the details and understands that the small things make a big difference
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality is preferred, but we’re more interested in your attitude, potential and passion

Pay: Up to £38,000.00 per year
