Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated person (age 16+) to join our small team.
A reliable Part-Time Packing & Admin Assistant to support our business operations and administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in E-commerce, ICT , logistics, and administrative duties. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing fragrances, inventory managements, assisting with shipping and receiving, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the organisation.
Duties
- Assist with materials handling, including picking, packing, and stocking items efficiently and accurately
- Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all items are correctly documented and stored
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure standards are met
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and stock documentation.
- Approving content from members of our community Social media platform
- Dealing with customer service on our E-commerce and social media platforms.
Skills
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail for quality control tasks
- Good communication skills.
- Basic administrative skills, including data entry and document management
