We are seeking a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team at Seamill Hydro Hotel. Working alongside our Head Chef, Senior Head Chef and Executive Chef, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across the hotel, including our recently renovated Tides Restaurant.

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the required standards across all hotel outlets, working as part of the kitchen team to deliver consistently excellent food and service.
- Take responsibility for your designated section, ensuring it is organised, clean, and fully prepared for service.
- Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen team in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, allergen, cleanliness, and health and safety standards.
- Assist with stock rotation, storage, preparation, and minimising food waste.
- Support and assist junior members of the kitchen team, helping to maintain a positive and effective working environment.
- Take a hands-on approach during busy services, weekends, events, and key business periods.
- Help drive a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the kitchen.

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.

- Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
