We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Children's Residential Home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Your Responsibilities
As Registered Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the home
- Develop and inspire a committed residential care team
- Promote positive outcomes and placement stability
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards
- Drive continuous improvement and service quality
- Support staff recruitment, supervision, and development
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities and professionals
What We're Looking For
- Experience within Children's Residential Care
- Current Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Children's Home Standards
- Full UK Driving Licence
