Ibk are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant
About Ibk: Ibk is a family led, social enterprise, supporting local disabled people of all ages who are in receipt of local authority direct payment funding.
Hours: 20 Hours per week (Monday to Friday 9.30am to 1.30pm).
Location: Ibk offices are centrally based at St Marys Church and Community Centre, Bramall Lane, Sheffield.
Purpose of the Job: As an Administrative Assistant at Ibk you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of accurate and timely payroll services to our clients.
It is essential that you are able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a small team to ensure that client needs are fully met.
Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial although not essential as training will be provided.
Key responsibilities will be:
o Undertaking payroll administrative tasks
o Maintaining accurate data, records and spreadsheets
o Handling emails received via a busy shared inbox
o Analysis of data for external compliance reporting purposes
The successful candidate will have:
o Administrative experience
o Exceptional data entry and numerical skills
o A logical approach when following instructions and set procedures
o Strong ICT skills using Microsoft 365, Excel, Outlook, Word and the ability to learn new systems quickly
o Experience of managing a shared inbox
o The ability to understand the context in which Ibk operates

Pay: £12.71 per hour
