We’re opening a new Carsupermarket.com store in Bristol and we’re looking for a hands-on leader to help build something brilliant from day one.
As Store Based Team Leader (Productive), you’ll lead from the front. You’ll personally handle sales enquiries, support live customer conversations, coach Customer Sales and Delivery Advisors, track activity and conversion, and help the store deliver its sales, finance and add-on targets.
What we’re looking for: You have a proven sales track record and experience leading, supervising or coaching people in a sales environment. You’re commercially minded, confident using data and CRM information, and know how to turn performance insight into action. Automotive experience is desirable, not essential. Finance compliance awareness, or the willingness to complete the required learning, is essential.
