Housekeeper – Luxury Apartments

We are a property management company based in Cheltenham, looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our friendly team.
You'll be looking after a portfolio of high-quality serviced apartments and houses across Cheltenham, ensuring every property is beautifully presented for our guests.
About the Role
You'll work across our managed apartments and houses, maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness while supporting the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and presenting serviced apartments and houses to an exceptional standard ready for arriving guests
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Jet washing and garden maintenance
- Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
- Preparing properties for guest arrivals
- Shopping for supplies and carrying out stock checks
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Meeting tradespeople at properties when required
- Occasionally working alongside other housekeepers
What We're Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail and consistently high cleaning standards
- Well organised with strong time management skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Professional and friendly communication skills
- A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
Hours & Pay
- Approximately 25 hours per week, typically 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
- Flexible working pattern – typically four weekdays and one Saturday or Sunday each week, with a weekday off in lieu
- £14.50 per hour for weekday shifts
- £20.00 per hour for your regular weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
- 55p per mile mileage allowance for travel from the office to properties
