We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and takes pride in getting the job done right.
As well as a competitive salary, we offer an annual performance bonus of up to 10% of your salary. Even more importantly, we are an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), meaning our employees share directly in the success of the business through a significant annual profit share.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring our warehouse runs efficiently and that goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and checking incoming goods
- Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Packing and labelling goods
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Maintaining an organised, clean and safe warehouse
- Stock control and inventory checks
- Using warehouse systems and completing relevant paperwork
- Assisting with deliveries and collections when required
- Following company health & safety procedures
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Positive and willing to learn
- Safety-conscious
- Experienced in a warehouse environment (desirable, but not essential)
- Friendly with customers
A forklift licence would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right person.
