What you’ll be doing
As a Barista and Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for much more than making great coffee.
You’ll help create an environment where every customer feels welcomed, relaxed and excited to return.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing speciality coffee, ceremonial matcha and our signature drinks to a consistently high standard.
Serving our wellness menu, including frozen yoghurt, açai bowls, protein shakes and healthy food.
Delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Learning our products so you can confidently recommend them to customers.
Maintaining outstanding cleanliness and presentation throughout the café.
Opening and closing the café to Frostique standards.
Helping manage stock and daily operations.
Working closely with the team to create an exceptional experience every single day.

We’re looking for people with a creative eye who enjoy capturing beautiful moments and sharing them with our growing community.
Whether it’s photographing a perfectly poured latte, filming behind-the-scenes clips, creating Instagram Stories or contributing ideas for future content, your creativity will help shape how people experience Frostique both online and in-store.
You don’t need to be a professional content creator—but you should enjoy being creative and feel comfortable being part of the brand.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a genuine passion for coffee, wellness and hospitality.
Is friendly, positive and naturally welcoming.
Takes pride in their appearance and the quality of their work.
Has excellent attention to detail.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Is reliable, hardworking and punctual.
Has a creative mindset and enjoys social media.
Feels comfortable appearing in photos and videos for Instagram and TikTok.
Brings ideas, energy and enthusiasm to the team.
Wants to grow alongside an exciting new business.
Previous barista experience is an advantage, but it isn’t essential. If you’ve got the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn, we’ll provide the training you need.
