Altrad are currently looking for an experienced Scaffold Labourer to join the team at Cleveland for site works.
This role will involve working 38 hour weeks Monday - Friday.
The position is paid under local agreements (£16.99 per hour), must be local to site.
The role is fixed term with an end date of 25.09.2026 approx.
Key Deliverables:
- Have an understanding of company safety policy and ensure that it is complied with
- Use the correct tools, plant and equipment and keep them in good condition.
- Report to supervision any defects in plant and equipment, protective clothing or safety equipment
- Work in a safe manner at all times, avoid taking unnecessary risks
- Keep working areas and welfare facilities in a clean, tidy and safe condition at all times
- Not indulge in any horseplay or interfere with or misuse any plant, equipment or anything provided in the interest of health, safety or welfare
- Report all accidents or incidents immediately to the supervisor or site manager
- Behave in a professional manner on site and when representing Altrad off site
- Erect/dismantle scaffold as requested by the supervisor in a safe and efficient manner
- Actively participate in pre-job risk assessments
- Keep working areas in a clean and tidy condition at all times
Key Requirements / Qualifications:
- Have a valid Scaffold Labourer's card
- Have a valid CCNSG Safety Passport or EMSS Safety Passport
- Be local to site
