Bank Support Worker – Detox & Rehab

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and proactive Bank Support Workers to provide flexible cover across our residential Detox and Rehab services.You will support people throughout their recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, helping to maintain a safe, supportive and structured environment while working alongside our multidisciplinary team.
The role will include:
- Providing practical and emotional support.
- Supporting treatment routines and recovery activities.
- Promoting safety, dignity and wellbeing.
- Supporting appointments and accessing external services.
- Maintaining accurate records and professional boundaries.
- Working flexibly across Detox and Rehab, including days, nights and weekends.
About you
You will be caring, resilient and able to remain calm in challenging situations. Experience supporting vulnerable people is desirable, along with an understanding of addiction, recovery or trauma-informed care.
You will need a full UK driving licence and will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
