Fast-paced QSR | Hands-on role | Progression to Store Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to help run day-to-day operations at Imran’s and support the growth of the business as we scale to multiple locations.
This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone who can lead shifts, work across all stations, and stay calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shifts during busy service
- Work across all stations (FOH, packing, fryer, grills, assembly, prep)
- Maintain speed, food quality, and order accuracy
- Support training and development of staff
- Ensure standards, hygiene, and procedures are followed
- Handle customer issues when needed
- Support stock control and reduce waste
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a fast-paced QSR (McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Wingstop, etc.)
- Experience leading shifts or supervising a team
- Confident working hands-on in the kitchen
- Able to handle pressure and stay organised
- Strong work ethic and takes ownership
Bonus (Not Essential)
- Experience with SOPs, checklists, or structured systems
- Experience training staff across stations
- Basic understanding of labour, stock, or operations
Progression
This role has a clear path to Store Manager for the right person who proves themselves.
Important
This is a hands-on role — you will be working in the kitchen and expected to learn all stations.

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
