Industrial Sewing Machinist (Part-Time / Full-Time Opportunity)
Location: Nottingham, NG7 2TS
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our growing team.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have:
- At least 1-2 years' experience operating industrial sewing machines.
- Experience working with leather, nylon and cotton webbings, and stretch materials (additional training will be provided).
- Good control and handling of industrial sewing machines.
- Intermediate-level English reading and writing skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A punctual, reliable, and positive work ethic.
Hours
The role will initially be offered on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to move to full-time employment depending on performance.
Full-time hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- 30-minute lunch break
- 40 hours per week
Employment Details
- Probationary Period: 6 months
- Opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.
- Salary review may be considered following successful completion of the probationary period and based on performance.
