Overview
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Junior Sales Executive. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, and direct marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Make follow-up calls to NRI clients and high-net-worth individuals
- Sales Activities: Pitch India’s real estate opportunities and advisory services
- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage complete sales cycle from initial client connection through pitching, continuous follow-up, negotiation, and final deal closure
- Company Events: Participate in two-day company-organized property exhibitions where builders showcase their projects to walk-in customers
- Client Management: Take feedback, schedule appointments, and conduct client meetings
- Field Work: Meet clients in person when required across UK
- Data Management: Maintain client databases and interaction records in Excel spreadsheets
- Administrative: Track leads, appointments, and sales performance metrics
Essential Requirements
- Languages: Fluent in English + Hindi + 1 regional language preferable (Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, etc)
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and strong social interaction abilities
- Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
- Attitude: Target-driven, energetic, and motivated
