Due to consistent growth and success, we're looking for our very first Business Administrator Apprentice—someone who wants to learn, grow and play an important role in the future of our business.
This isn't about making tea or photocopying. From day one, you'll become a valued member of our team, supporting the smooth running of the business while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
As our first apprentice in this role, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how the position develops, gain experience across the business and build the foundations for a long-term career.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, learning how every part of the business fits together. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing incoming emails and customer enquiries.
- Supporting our sales, estimating and project teams with administration.
- Preparing quotations, documents and customer correspondence.
- Maintaining accurate records using our business systems.
- Assisting with purchasing and supplier administration.
- Supporting projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Identifying ways to improve administrative processes as you develop in the role.
- Data input
- Marketing development at a basic level

Essential Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in business administration.
- Commitment to completing the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.
