- Welcome customers and deliver an outstanding front-of-house experience.
- Manage bookings, memberships and customer enquiries efficiently.
- Process payments accurately and support day-to-day reception operations.
- Promote Hyndburn Leisure's services, memberships and activities.
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused individual.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Confident using IT systems and handling payments accurately.
