Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures by preparing instruments and materials
- Support patient care by welcoming patients, ensuring their comfort, and providing clear explanations of procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of dental tools and treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards
- Manage patient records accurately using IT systems, ensuring confidentiality and organization
- Communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external providers to facilitate smooth clinic operations
- Follow infection control protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards throughout the practice
Experience
- No prior experience required; full training will be provided to develop essential skills in dental nursing and patient care
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain procedures clearly and empathetically
- Basic IT skills for managing patient records and appointment systems effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
