Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly, organised person who can handle a busy service with a smile. Taking initiative should come naturally to you. We take customer service, laughter and hard work seriously – and we expect you to as well.
You’ll work across both front of house and the kitchen, and at times may be the sole person in charge once training is complete.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming customers and taking orders efficiently
- Serving ice cream and preparing sundaes, waffles, crêpes, pizzas, coffees and teas
- Clearing tables and keeping customer and preparation areas clean and organised
- Handling cash transactions and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking
- Pot washing when required (during quieter periods)
- Helping with end-of-day cleaning and preparation for the following day
- Restocking supplies and maintaining food safety standards
Requirements
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible, reliable and positive attitude

Must be able to work weekdays and weekends.
