We're looking for a reliable and motivated member of bar staff to join our small, hardworking team.
Previous bar experience is preferred, but not essential - a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key.
This is a fast-paced pub with a strong base of regulars, so we're looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, can work efficiently under pressure, and takes pride in doing the job properly.
Initially, this role will offer occasional shifts to support the team and to provide additional cover as required. From September, there will be an opportunity for more regular hours for the right person. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
You'll be expected to work as part of a team, stay organised during busy periods, and maintain high standards behind the bar at all times.
