Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Ilkeston, Derbyshire
Position: Full-time / Part-time (over 5 days)
Salary: £21,970 32.5hours (Pro Rata £27,040)

Established over 30 years ago we have a reputation in the industry as a leading design and manufacturer of bespoke industrial pre-treatment and painting systems.
Role:
We are hiring an experienced administrative coordinator to maintain organization within our company and to help us keep growing. You will be responsible for the smooth running of daily administrative business operations, co-ordinating a variety of different tasks while working closely with the directors of the business and accounts department. Small close knit team, looking for someone with a flexible attitude, high level of organisation skills and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Check, respond and action all emails
- Answer and make telephone calls
- Assist in organising Directors schedules
- Filing and managing enquiries and orders
- Obtain quotes and place orders with suppliers
- Order materials for jobs
- Co-ordinate plant services & breakdowns
- Collation of job completion documents and certificates
- CRM management
- Organise trade Shows and Advertorial
- Methods Statements and Risk Assessments
- Organise internal training
- Organise all in-shop maintenance
Skills & Competencies:
- 5+ years in Office Administration experience
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Organized both in personal tasks and ensuring organization of others
- Ability to problem solve with a passion for learning.
- Excellent professional communication (written and interpersonal) skills with "team player” attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel.
- We are looking for someone who is happy to systemise their workflow and suggest improvements daily operations.
- Full driving licence (use of work vans for collections within working hours may be required)
Experience: 5+ years in Office Administration
