Full-Time Property Manager – Thornbury Office

We are seeking a Full-Time Property Manager who can manage time effectively, multi-task, and thrive in a busy, rewarding environment. If you’re well-presented, a team player, and eager to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular property inspections and report findings to landlords.
- Organise safety certificates and ensure landlords meet all legal obligations.
- Manage notices, tenancy renewals, and rent reviews.
- Handle rent payments, arrears, and deposit returns.
- Arrange and carry out property viewings as required.
- Liaise with accounts, add invoices, and manage related administration.
- Provide excellent customer service and general office support.
Essential Skills:
- Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication (written and verbal).
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Good IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of property management experience preferred but not essential (training provided for the right candidate).
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
