Responsibilities
- Support residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance

- Maintain clear communication with team members, residents, and families to promote transparency and trust
- Drive or accompany clients on errands or appointments when required, ensuring safe transportation
- Contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within care homes or during home care visits
- Use IT systems efficiently to update records, document care activities, and track progress
Skills
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely for home care or outings
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans effectively
- Strong communication skills in English to interact confidently with residents and team members
- Basic IT proficiency for record keeping and documentation purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to show empathy and build rapport with diverse individuals
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
