Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos. Also milkshakes, smoothies and variety of teas
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the coffee station
- Ensure accurate cash handling and process customer payments
- Assist with cake serving and ensure food safety standards are met
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar front of house role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
This job will be 4 days a week; 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
