Salary: £26,786.93 per annum
Based at: Aberystwyth, Ceredigion
Role Purpose: The Team Leader provides day-to-day leadership, operational oversight and coordination across Adferiad’s services in Ceredigion, ensuring that individuals enduring mental ill-health, homelessness, or other complex needs receive high-quality, person-centred and recovery-focused support consistently and safely. The postholder will play a key part in maintaining compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards while driving service excellence and fostering a culture of compassion, empowerment, and continuous improvement.
