Joiner – East & South Belfast
Location: East & South Belfast
Pay Rate: £23–£25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Hours per week: 40 hours
Contract: Temporary / Ongoing
DBS: Required
Vehicle: Work van provided
We are currently seeking an experienced Joiner to join a repairs and maintenance team, carrying out joinery works across residential and commercial properties throughout East and South Belfast.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Joinery/Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
- Valid CSCS card.
- Proven experience as a Joiner within construction, social housing, repairs or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, materials and best practices.
- Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- DBS check required.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, totalling 40 hours per week, with a 60-minute unpaid break.
Pay & Benefits
