Salary: £25,753 per annum + opportunity to earn up to £2,000 annual performance bonus
Hours: Full Time (39 hours per week)
Monday–Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Partners in Bristol (PIB) is a successful independent training provider, helping learners gain the skills and qualifications they need to progress into employment and further education.
We're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and customer-focused Administrator & Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Bristol centre. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining reception duties, learner administration and customer service within a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing
You'll play a vital role in ensuring our learners receive an excellent experience from their very first enquiry through to course completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Greeting learners, visitors and partners at reception
· Managing telephone and email enquiries professionally
· Processing learner enrolments and funding paperwork
· Maintaining learner records across a variety of systems
· Registering learners with awarding organisations
· Managing learner withdrawals and changes to programmes
· Producing and issuing learner certificates
· Supporting course promotion and student recruitment
· Assisting the Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG) team
· Supporting examinations and occasional events
· Acting as a key holder, opening and securing the building
· Building positive relationships with learners, employers and partner organisations
· Helping improve administrative processes across the business

Essential Requirements
· GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Maths
· Previous experience in a busy administrative or reception role
· Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work accurately under pressure
Desirable
· Experience within education, training or further education
· Experience using learner management databases
· Experience of producing reports and analysing data
· Business Administration qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
