Bobarista / Bubble Tea Team Member

We’re looking for a strong, reliable team member to join our bubble tea shop team.
This role is mainly for weekend shifts, with additional weekday shifts available when needed to help cover holidays or staff absence.
Main duties
- Make drinks accurately and consistently during busy service
- Prepare bubble tea, fruit teas, sodas and other menu drinks to shop standard
- Serve customers warmly and professionally
- Remember drink builds, customisations and shop standards accurately
- Keep the workspace clean, organised and stocked throughout the shift
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Support with restocking, prep and general shop flow
- Be willing to learn different parts of the shop and support the wider team when needed

- Good memory and strong attention to detail
- Good pace during busy service
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stay calm during busy periods
- Able to work well in a small team
- Willing to learn and follow shop systems properly
- Happy to help with cleaning, prep and restocking as part of the role
- Weekend availability is essential
- Previous bubble tea, café, barista, food service or fast-paced customer service experience is preferred
- Training will be provided

Pay
- Minimum wage / national living wage, depending on age
Pay: Up to £12.50 per hour
