The Cawdor Tavern is looking to expand and strengthen our kitchen team and are searching for talented professional Sous Chef to join our team in accolade chasing.
You must be motivated, passionate about cooking with fresh ingredients and be ready to work in a busy kitchen. We require at least two years’ experience in role at a 2aa rosette level or equivalent.
The kitchen is led by Head Chef, Alex Henderson.
Just a 25-minute drive from Inverness, this lovely restaurant has much to offer with a small friendly team of professionals dedicated to providing the best for our customers, using local seasonal produce.
The Cawdor Tavern, was acquired in December 2024 by Cawdor Castle Limited, and has a development plan and investment underway.

Salary from £38,000 to £43,000 depending on experience
Salary based on a 45 hour working week over 4/5 days. Equal share of tips.
