We are seeking a motivated Sales / Service Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their administrative skills within a professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, maintaining organised records, and providing exceptional customer service. Prior office experience and strong computer skills are essential to thrive in this position. The role is paid and suitable for candidates eager to grow their career in administration.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document management
- Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently
- Utilising Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Maintaining accurate records using QuickBooks and other relevant software programmes
- Supporting team members with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming for visitors and staff
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing as required
Experience
- Previous office experience or administrative background preferred but not essential; training will be provided
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
