Alex Reader Fitness (ARF) is a small group personal training studio in Budleigh Salterton with an established member base. We have a private treatment room available to a self-employed sports therapist or physiotherapist looking to grow their own client base with the support of a ready-made warm audience.
We're looking for someone who wants to help shape how this service runs, not just occupy a room — this is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up with real autonomy and perhaps develop into our other studios.

What we're looking for
- HCPC registered (or equivalent professional body) with current indemnity insurance
- Experience running your own client caseload, ideally self-employed
- Confident managing your own diagnostics, treatment planning, and booking system
- Someone who wants to build a long-term practice, not just fill spare hours
