At Duncan's Dog Co, we're passionate about delivering the very highest standard of dog care. That's only possible because of the incredible people behind it, which is why we're always looking for exceptional individuals to join our team.
Every morning, we collect dogs from their homes across South West London and Surrey before bringing them to our private woodland daycare in Cobham, where they spend the day exploring, socialising and simply being dogs.

The Role
Your day will include:
- Collecting dogs from their homes using one of our company vehicles.
- Safely transporting them to our private woodland daycare in Cobham.
- Supervising play, enrichment and group interactions throughout the day.
- Ensuring every dog is safe, happy and receives exceptional care.
- Returning dogs home to their families each afternoon.
No two days are the same, but every day is centred around providing the very best experience for our dogs.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- A genuine dog lover with experience owning or caring for dogs.
- Friendly, professional and dependable.
- Happy working outdoors in all seasons.
- Calm, organised and confident around groups of dogs.
- A holder of a full UK driving licence.
- Looking for a long-term role within a growing business.
Location (Essential)
As you'll be using one of our company vehicles to collect dogs from their homes each morning, you must live within our South West London catchment area.
We're particularly looking for applicants based in:
Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Balham, Putney, Earlsfield, Southfields, Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Motspur Park, New Malden or Tooting.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to consider applications from outside these areas.
