Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any queries or concerns promptly
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest behaviour and adhering to licensing laws
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Strong serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked
