About the Role
We are an organic German bakery founded in Frankfurt 17 years ago.
We produce bread all across Germany today and are famous for our Breads and Schnecken and above all for always making our production areas fully visible to the visitor.
Our Bakery in London
In London we started baking for customer in April 2025 and now around 6000 people per week enjoy our products either in our bakery in Islington or in the premises of a number of b2b clients or via delivery services.
Who we are looking for
Now we are planning to open some more smaller locations and we are looking among others for persons who have grown up or lived in a German speaking region and are know our kind of products well.
We are looking for people selling our products to be able to talk from personal experience and thus project authenticity to our customers when talking of Vollkorn Saftkorn or A Franzbroetchen or a Broetchen
The position
We are now looking for part-time and full-time sales personnel who will work at
a) market stands we are opening in London (the initial one will be at the Truman Brewery in Brick Lane 2 days per week - we open n June 21st)
b) to fill gaps in our shift schedule in Islington in our main bakery in different areas
c) marketing our products to local companies in Islington by talking to potential customers in neighbouring offices and inside our bakery

At this stage we are looking for personnel to fill part-time gaps in our team but this can also becme a full tim eopportunity.

Pay: £10.50-£15.00 per hour
