Job Overview
We are looking for friendly, motivated Servers to join our opening team. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people, and would like to be part of an exciting new restaurant launch, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly; basic Japanese greetings (training provided)
- Accurately take food and beverage orders
- Deliver dishes efficiently while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards
- Provide menu recommendations and assist with customer questions
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming dining area
- Process customer payments and issue receipts
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements
- No previous restaurant experience required – full training provided
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Helpful, organised, and able to work well as part of a team
- Reliability and enthusiasm for hospitality
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
