Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, presentation, and adherence to recipes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in accordance with legal regulations.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared efficiently during service hours, supporting smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients, and manage inventory to minimise waste.
- Support the development of new dishes and menu innovations in collaboration with the culinary team.
- Uphold a positive working environment by fostering teamwork and motivating staff members.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.

Pay: £25,420.00-£42,016.30 per year
